Faster Weight Loss vs Slower Weight Gain

A. It's tough to sell the idea a larger, faster weight lost phase is inherently more efficacious for someone who's interested in maintaining muscle and avoiding metabolic adaptation. Another thing that i kind of disagree with is the the concept that more frequent cuts necessarily is going to reduce the amount of fat gained. I mean, of course, cutting does reduce body fat but i think a simpler approach is that you could just do a more prolonged bulking phase.
