Ep. 2222 Historical Revisionism, and Why We Need It
The Tom Woods Show
00:00
What Is Revisionism?
Revisionism is a morally neutral term. It simply involves re-examining historical events to see if there have been accurately conveyed. Tom Di Lorenzo just gave you examples of people who were bad revisionists. They looked at a historical narrative and they wanted to change it in order to advance their current day political ambitions. And I imagine Thomas Jefferson, who also has a memorial on the other end of the ball in DC, would be appalled by this by this explanation of the meaning of the Lincoln Memorial.
