The Implications of Selling Tissue

This is actually a question that has enormous implications. Not only do we have industries like the IVF industry, where particularly in the US, eggs are sold for up to $100,000 a cycle. So given there's a commercial drive and there's a surprising state of affairs where we don't own body tissue, how should we philosophically analyse this question about who owns one's body? I think you'll write that it's really imperative that we do so.
