MRI Scanners Use Magnetic Fields
magnets are used in MRI scanners to work out stuff that's going on inside your head. But there is also something called TMS, as Sophie Scott explains. It can stop things from happening, depending on where you are in the brain or it can make things happen. I've had one, and you sort of wave it around. It looks like a little hairbrush.
