The Future of Quantum Computing

A digital computer has a zero or one binary system and quantum isn't constrained by that. So what's really exciting for me about quantum computing is that you may have a tool that lets us simulate aspects of nature that we have historically not been able to simulate. And as a result, we might be discovering new materials that we don't have access to today. I think that the way I think about quantum computers is they are a class of computer that allows us to explore and understand the universe in a way that classical computers don't.
