If men believe they have a grievance even if the complaint is unjustified they should be permitted to tell their troubles to someone in authority. In cases where men make constructive suggestions for correcting conditions they will take in the organization a pride that they never had before so you kind of tells you to do something or ask you to dosomething or give some suggestion use it and give them credit.
