Is There a Generational Divide in Value Base Contracting?

In many markets there are just no opportunities to have experienced value based here. I was just up at a health system in northeast georgia last week doing a four hour physician leadership siminar on the leadership schools required to move from volume to value. There we eabout 30 physicians in the room, and some of em were new, to your point, younger generation physicians. And then there were some who were old. None of them have ever experienced working in a value base care environment. So they're biases. They only know one way that may create a bias, i guess, or set of biass but they all spoke to what they thought they should do. Over 20 of em said
