A Comparison Between High and Low Strength Squatters

The study looked at the effects of 11 weeks of training on lean body mass and vastest laterals cross sectional area. The results showed that moderate strength squatters had more muscle, but they were weaker than high strength squatters. This would run counter to the theory of being stronger per unit of muscle mass potentiating future hypertrophy.
