Pastors Don't Honor the DNA of the Body and the Legacy of the Family
The outgoing pastor doesn't let go. He just it it conjures up too much stuff of identity, ego, insecurity, shadow. And so he clings to power in whatever way. It just sabotages the whole thing. So I have space for a lot of the shadow stuff to come into my field of awareness and if I can see it, then I stand a way better chance of not letting it run my behavior.
