The Importance of Storytelling in Strategy Games
A lot of my favorite darkest dungeon one moments are points where I have my party going through a dungeon that's getting progressively more difficult. And this game just doesn't have those choices. Those choices are maybe you'll keep some candles at the end or not. It's not maybe you will keep your level four leper who's by far your best front liner versus oh, I'm actually going to finish this boss. That's that's the core of darkest dungeon to me is that choice.
