The Workforce Intermediaries That Work for Smaller Firms
There's a lot institutional actors and organizations in this country that are doing just that. The institutions i focus on, they're called work force intermediaries. They really care deeply about creating high quality job opportunities for workers who have been trapped in low paying, low quality jobs. So what they do to improve the quality of jobs is first start to engage these smaller employers around this issue of a supposed skills gap or shortage.
