The number of mentes you have might be just as valuable as the number of mentors. Andi it builds who you are and how you think ads to all that. It's not, you learnt, you learn ot you learnt. You deeply learn. Right? So our team does that with the alumni. The alumni turn around and do that. We're learning that we need to hire more of our alumni. Our team members are telling us that they need to. This is why we think about lala s a listening device. Young people are t building programming lala. They want to build a dynamic institution that gets better and better.
