Vickenstein says a world picture is something that an individual has. But if I'm right, then Vickenstein's idea of a world picture are a language game is a social thing. He's trying to sign on to whatever it is that mommy and daddy play their view of the world. And it's just that his grasp is so second hand and rudimentary that he's not even like playing the game correctly. The child actually doesn't have a world picture at all.
