HBO Max: A Bad Idea
HBO Max was an absolute mess. It didn't have features such as personalized recommendations like a kind of feel to just like hey maybe you'd like the show based on what you've already liked. They didn't have the ability to tell you hey we can't charge your credit card right now so your subscription is gonna go awayright they didn't have an way to alert people properly and this just strikes me fundamentally is like how rushed the HBO Max launch was. I think there was a lot of brand confusion but ultimately it is probably a good thing for the service because HBO Max was a mess.
