Just to decarbonise that 90 million tons of hydrogen would take 4,500 terawatt hours of electricity. That's twice as much wind and solar as we made on Earth in 2019. And there are some good uses, like I said, steel making being one. Hydrogen is a poor choice as a fuel. It's hard to move. It's energy intensive to make. When you burn it in the air, if you burn it as opposed to using it in a fuel cell, you actually make nitrogen oxides,. NOX just like you do when you burn anything in air.
