I was not aware of that. It happened very, very organically. I felt like the way that I approached that organization and that team with the we first mentality, it disarmed the team that I wasn't some guy in shiny shoes with my own agenda to make myself look good. And I think bosses around the world miss this. If the team is successful by definition and by organizational structure, you as the leader, you're successful. So why would you not want everyone on the team to be their best every single day, reach their highest and best potential? And I think it's the leaders obligation to pull that out of each individual on the team.
