Since it is a property TF and just because it's using the word trust, it's nothing like what we see with GBTC. People listening have probably heard of everyone talking about these reg M exemptions that they want GBTC to get. This isn't, there's revemptions, it's sort of got the same liquidity structure as a property TF which would unlock capital.
