Ravi Agrawal: I had spent 30 some years in the US, Germany, Brazil but I'd never actually worked in India. It was a country that was intriguing and I say intriguing because India is really on the cusp of tremendous growth,. So it seemed to be the perfect time to shift country and shift sector - both of which are on the verge of takeoff. The world of renewable energy IPPs still primarily made up of people who grew up in the conventional power sector.
