Mindfulness and Parenting for Kids
The mental health of kids is really has declined over the last about 15 years since 2007 and so I think all of this mindfulness and just starting this little practice and then bringing it in more and more sounds like it would be really great for their mental health not just short-term but long-term. So when we can approach things from a mindful perspective where we're able to keep ourselves calm and regulated then we can look at our children's behavior as communication rather than as them being difficult or challenging.
