I think one of the missing pieces in so many communities are a diamond dozen now. It's literally a commodity. So you have to be adding significant value. And what I think the KPI should be is how many people did I significantly change the trajectory of their life? If you're in a, you should measure the success of your community if you're an ed tech. How many people in our community got promoted in the last 12 months? I think those are really interesting.
