Does Quantum Mechanics Apply to the Measurement Device?

Quanta mechanics has this weird propensity to just sort of generate these sorts of thought experiments like the one that you're talking about. I mean, quanta mechanics doesn't have a real size limit. In principle, there's no limit to the size of a system that you can use quantu mechanics to describe. We think in that you are conscious, ort you are self aware. You are a living, thinking, breathing person.
