Skin Bleaching Is a Big Issue in the US

There are a number of different substances that you can use to destroy melanin basically, but they can be very dangerous. There's all of this pressure certainly contributed by colonialism to have lighter skin. So yeah, skin bleaching is like a huge issue in a lot of parts of the world. It was funny to me that there's so many tanning creams on art shelves. And I was like, wow, this is just a gag.
