Is There a Difference Between Speed and Cognitive Load?

Cococo: I tried speaking slower, but i think because i used more complex words, it didn't really matter. Soe, people are still watching me at like, point five. Everyone else speaks so slowly. The entire world is just different from me. Hateful.
