Peter Dot Navarro's Search for Emails Ending in Dot Gov or Dot Mill

The government does not appear to think that he complied without order because it filed a status report on May 15th suggesting that Navarro is now playing dumb with his searches. It said based on the information provided by defendants council, it appears that defendant has conducted a single search for emails exchanged between the proton mail account identified in the complaint and email addresses ending in dot gov or dot mill. Right. Defend it had to know that the search was under inclusive as his own document production included a substantial number of PRA communications for which neither the sender nor the government had a dot mill or dot gov email to me.
