How Do You Know if You Can't Tell Your People What to Do?
Bella says she doesn't tell you what to do. She leads you down the path where you can discover it yourself. Did somebody at some point tell you to coach that way, or did you discover that yourself? As a manager, as managing people, what was really important to me was iis conve between the learner amd and the manager. It's very much framed by what i had been practising in terms of lean thinking.
