Shame never works anything shame might create a result very quickly and very briefly as in it will not last but shame doesn't work. Shame creates only unhealthy emotional and physical health in those whom we shame. We're seeing big shifts in how people sort of think about and respond to fatness and fat bodies that's a result of seeing fat people celebrate it right yeah? It also is worth stressing even though it's so obvious especially to a wonderful advanced audience like this one.
