The Balloon Bin

A hundred thousand Clevelanders have shown up to watch their city break a world record. A local woman named Mary Ellen lost her watch when one of the balloon bundles ripped it off her wrist and just floated it into the air out of her reach. The National Weather Service tells Tom Hollowock that another round of storms is coming into the area, but they're serious enough to give them a warning about they're expected to hit at 2 p.m.
