Open Source Community - How Does It Different From a Company?
Iss: To run an open source community, you want to look at things that are significantly different than forerunning a company. The biggest difference is that the intent of an open soch project cannot be easily captured. You don't know whether they're contributing as passionate users or because there's a commercial interest from their employer on this particular project. An open salt project, depending, of course, of the nature of the governments, doesn't have this kind of shape.
