The Power of Zoom

I have to think that many people listening have had this experience in recent weeks of helping a parent for some reason it takes like 25 minutes to navigate verbally, my mother or father. Skype first launched in 2003, 17 years ago. And I think so many of us just saw it as something we were occasionally forced to do in business settings. We're looking at a very interesting moment in terms of innovation and adoption of technology.
