Rick is the co-manager and one board member at a North Carolina cooperative. He worked with Bob Monks and now Minna who started ISS in the mid 80s. They are sort of like the IMDB of proxy voting, he says. Rick was invited to be an equity partner when they began rating companies on corporate governance.
