Within 60 feet, you notice blood stains all along the walls here and on the floor. With an above 20 perception check, you can see that there's a big hatch above you. The rest of the ceiling is smooth stone, but you see what looks like some kind of trap door above. Do it look like it's going to fall on us? You don't know what is behind the hatch.
