How to Control the Horses

In ancient Vedic texts, the traveler is yourself. The driver is your intelligence or intellect. If the horses are not properly controlled by a steady driver with a steady mind, then also you will be able to control the horses. Therefore, Lord Krishna says, mind should control the senses. Senses should not control the mind. So and then, but how to do that? There is a very interesting psychological principle put forward. All these experiences, pain and pleasure, happiness and unhappiness, cold and heat, they are there, but remember they are not permanent,. They don't remain the same all the time. Happiness and unhappiness come and go. Good and bad experiences come and go
