Is Amazon Going After Black Hat?

Some aggregators may do it out of ignorance, but i don't see them doing risking hundreds ofd millions of dollars deliberately for backab then there isn't yet. Amazon has the resources and the wherewithal to chase anyone that's doing black hat. If black hat disappeared to morrow, imagine how many large accounts would disappear too. I mean, those businesses, for my perspective, are built on mud, and they could disappear any time.
