The Importance of Responding to Messages

Sometimes when I get messages at 10 11 p.m. from work, I feel like I need to respond because if I don't respond, they don't have the answers they need. French law requires that if you are not at work and you are not between your work hours, it is illegal for them to contact you unless there is a specific part of your contract with which compensates you for that. Your company will survive if you take a couple weeks off. You American people just all the whole purpose for you to live is to be able to work. It seems a little bit like Americans are more Chinese than Europeans because Chinese people also work extremely hard.
