Carnival Issues 50% Refund of Cruise Fare

Temperatures in public venues and state rooms got up to around 80 degrees because the air conditioning was malfunctioning. Carnival said it was due to, you know, hotter than usual weather. But at the end of the day, what it really was was a technical malfunctioning. The air condition wasn't working and people were not happy.
