Timelessness just means that god exists without beginning, without end, without succession. A real temporal change occurs when the duration of an object is extended. As a real spatial change occurs when an object comes into fresh spatial locations with other things. The creator is immutable to the extent that he does not even have merely cambridge temporal and spatial relations with any other substances much less real changes.
