Women in Economics: Europe Versus Europe?

Europe is much more important for economics than people usually think. Europe tends to be a better place for women careers than america, at least in terms of equal representation. Some southern european countries score well while countries like germany, netherlands, switzerland are really not good places for cureous and economics for women.
