Does Every Galaxy Have a Black Hole at Its Center?

Some galaxies have a black hole near its edge if it gets kicked out. There's one galaxy which is a bit of a mystery called Able2261, and we have not yet found the supermassive black hole there. People are trying to identify these supermassive black holes out in intergalactic space.
