The BBC's Enkechi Obwana has travelled to southeast in Nigeria, near the border with Cameroon. Locals here tell him that although those practices are illegal, they are still happening. Some of them are packed by the roadside waiting for it to get dark. And directly opposite this mangroove is also a commercial market where they sell palm wine and bush meat.
