The Differences in Anatomy Between Kids and Adults

The first most obvious difference is that they breathe faster. That by itself accounts for the increase in men of ventilation that they have. Their oxygen consumption is quite a lot higher, about three times higher than an adult. It's especially high when babies get to about four to six weeks of life and start to go through a growth spurt.
