Food has a lot of power. Certain foods help the mita conita function better, is good fats. Good fatty fish are missing in our diet currently because fat has got such a bad name that everybody's avoiding it completely. The second thing is good colored vegetables. All these colorful vegetables have different fito mutrians which support the mitocondria by reducing the reactive oxygen species which are present in mitochondria. A reactive oxygen species are basically kind of rust how iron gets rust and it gets weaker over the course of time.
