You've written that islands might be a place to take refuge in a nuclear disaster. Could you give us a 30 second pitch on that? It turns out that islands are great places generally to take refuge from disasters because they're surrounded by water. So they're good as refuges not only from something like a nuclear scenario, but also from something like an asteroid striking the earth or a pandemic.
