How do we train ourselves out of these bad habits and things that we're actually on a biologically level, trying to protect ourselves? So I can give you some steps to do that. The problem is that when people start to do those steps, they will get confronted by this very uncertainty and the fear, and they'll stop doing it. People like you and me who are willing to push into uncertainty and discomfort will go so far with should. And at some point we're going to just be like, I'm just making myself suffer here. We need something on the other side of it.
