Putting Together a Segment Profile
I recommend something that I call a segment profile. It's both qualitative and quantitative, where a persona is really more just like a fictional view of a customer. And you may even create personas out of your segments. That could be some work that comes out of it. But when you're thinking about putting together a segment profile, you're wanting to put together your final recommendation on what the company wants to focus on.
