They have interesting equity options that u're going to get into in to day's episode. Upshift also has around 70 thousand upshifters. That's their on deman staff on the books. So basically, as you'l hear, they can log on and look for work in their area, pick up some extra money a pickup some extra shifts at the hours they want to, or an work depending on what's needed.
