Each center is going to have their own slight variations of clinical management some centers by policy will admit all for observation others will just discharge with follow-up. Most if not all isolated skull factors the risk of their needing to be any neurosurgical intervention is is nyl so that's a reassuring thing to the family many patients will follow up with a neurosurgeon though just to have someone to have ongoing management depending on the age of the child and how much more growing that child has to do.
