How to Interview a Disaffected Engineer
I have a good friend who, he identified in himself a weakness for certain types of interview questions. So he actually asked me if I would interview him in a mock interview. We spent one hour in a room together and I just threw one of my interview questions that I've given to a whole bunch of candidates. And then afterwards, this is a great part about practicing with a friend afterwards, we could talk about what he did. In a real interview context, they will very rarely give you that kind of detail.
