What Am I Believing Right Now?
How do you wake up from the dream, from the clutches really of these limiting fear beliefs? We're going to explore three related practices that come in together in a way that are very powerful. One Tibetan teacher describes beliefs this way. He says they're real but not true and I adopted the phrase because it's so helpful. The question is what would my life be like if I wasn't believing this? And we begin to then bring compassion to ourselves.
