Pandemic Response - Is the United States the Best?

In the middle of two thousand and 19 there's an organization in washington called the nuclear threat initiative. They did a multi year study trying to determine which countries were best and which country were least prepared for a pandemic. And they judged that the united states was number one, that we were going to be the best.
