The Importance of Clinical Practice in Evidence Based Practice

There's often a bit of a gap there between what's going on in the clinic and what's happening you know in the evidence base so do you think from a scientific point of view often we're trying to follow the research. I find it fascinating that SACET and colleagues their original definition of evidence base practice was the integration of science and clinical expertise which centers around the patients values and goals but many people don't see this as an important part of care.
